ji7 ("ji7," "we," "us," or "our") operates the online gaming platform accessible at ji7.org, offering casino games, sports betting, slots, bingo, sabong, and related services to players in the Philippines. ji7 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with AML record-keeping requirements under Republic Act No. 9160.
• Transaction and financial data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• Gaming and betting records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the relevant gaming session or bet, for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes.
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing dispute.

The ji7 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. ji7 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If ji7 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all personal data associated with that account will be deleted, and any funds will be returned to the payment source. Winnings associated with an underage account will be forfeited.

ji7 primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. However, some of ji7's third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure and KYC verification providers — may process data in other countries.
