ji7 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ji7 ("ji7," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the ji7 online gaming platform accessible at ji7.org and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on the ji7 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses the Platform in any capacity.

ji7 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the ji7 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations and PAGCOR requirements. ji7 strictly enforces this age restriction and will request identity verification documents at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ji7 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, including any PAGCOR-administered exclusion list or any ji7 internal exclusion list.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of ji7, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

To access the full features of the ji7 Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register only one ji7 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ji7 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji7 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ji7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification: ji7 is required by Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

ji7 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ji7 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ji7 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and wagering requirement checks. ji7 aims to process approved withdrawals within one to three business days. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. ji7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ji7 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly through the Platform.

ji7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to your ji7 account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• ji7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• ji7 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player has engaged in bonus abuse and to take appropriate action accordingly.
• Players who have opted into responsible gaming deposit limits or self-exclusion programmes may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

All bets placed on the ji7 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bet Acceptance: ji7 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has concluded, where a technical error has affected the odds or game outcome, or where ji7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ji7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. ji7 is not liable for any losses arising from such malfunctions.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on ji7. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market and may be adjusted by ji7 at any time.

Finality of Results: Once a game round or sporting event has concluded and the result has been confirmed by ji7's systems, the outcome is final. ji7 will not reverse confirmed results except in cases of verified technical error or where required by applicable regulations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your ji7 account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ji7 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ji7 Platform or its underlying software.

All content on the ji7 Platform — including but not limited to the ji7 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ji7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ji7 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ji7.

Any unauthorised use of ji7's intellectual property may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

ji7's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

ji7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. ji7 is not responsible for any damage to your device or data resulting from your use of the Platform.

ji7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ji7 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ji7 complies with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

ji7 may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law. ji7 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

ji7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

You may close your ji7 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination of your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from your use of the ji7 Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. ji7 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR, and regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

ji7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ji7 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ji7 Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
